Ormiston Sudbury Academy has a reputation as a caring, community school where students thrive. We are looking for a principal to lead this school which plays a significant role in the community it serves. The current principal has led the school superbly for over 10 years, achieving and maintaining an Ofsted good judgement throughout this time. Her decision to retire makes this the perfect time for a new principal to join Ormiston Sudbury Academy and build upon these solid foundations.

You are an exceptional leader with a proven track record and experience of senior management as a principal, vice principal or similar. Naturally, you will be supportive of the aims of OAT and believe in our values, vision and mission.
