**BTCT Scale Points 5 to 6. Actual starting salary: £21,858 per annum**

We are looking for a HR administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.

This role will involve providing administrative support for the human resources function across all organisations within the Trust, including recruitment, employment checks, and general administration.

Ideally you will have good administrative skills, with an eye for detail and have experience of using IT systems. You will also need to have excellent people skills and be able to maintain confidentiality.

This role can offer a hybrid of working from home and being office based, but you will be expected to travel to other organisations within the Trust, if needed.

Please note, although we are ideally looking for a full-time colleague, we are open to discussing flexible working options.
