Responsibility
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, including countertops, cutting boards, and storage areas
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food supplies
- Help with meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and learning basic cooking skills to support the chef
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe handling and storage of food products
- Support the kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow and efficient operations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a catering or kitchen environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Driver's licence would be a + but not compulsory

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.60-£12.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
