Harbour Hotels is recruiting a Social Media and Content Marketing Executive to be part of our dynamic head office marketing team. We are offering a full-time position, based in our bright, open-plan office in Christchurch. Dorset.

We are looking for someone with good knowledge and experience of creating both paid and organic social media content across multiple channels, (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), in a professional setting, ideally for a B2C brand.

**What you’ll get up to**:

- Working with top photographers, videographers and a design team to create visually exciting social media content
- Producing your own video and photography where needed
- Developing a content calendar of organic social media content with the Digital Marketing Manager
- Scheduling content and approving or amending posts from the Social Crew at our hotels on Hootsuite
- Staying up to date with current trends and implementing them into your campaigns
- Offering your own creative ideas and solutions
- Creating paid social media adverts as part of wider integrated Digital Marketing campaigns
- Thinking creatively about how we can convert the most amount of users into customers with our paid social media advertising
- Optimising and tweaking the set-up and targeting of your social media adverts to see the best results
- Creating landing pages on our website to support your campaigns and keeping other relevant pages up-to-date
- Keeping the website up to date with any new images or videos you have produced
- Reporting on the performance of social media posts and adverts to the Digital Marketing Manager
- Engaging with our community and monitoring replies to your content
- You’ll be a part of a small nimble team who are experts in their areas
- Working in beautiful Christchurch and within easy reach of its stunning beaches - perfect for after-work socials

**Who you are**:

- You have experience creating organic content for a B2C brand and enjoy keeping up to date with current content trends
- You have experience creating paid social media adverts and have a good working knowledge of Ad Manager or similar
- You have an understanding of standard reporting and web traffic metrics
- You have used custom and lookalike audiences to optimise campaign performance
- You have experience using a social media management platform such as Hootsuite
- You are used to adapting your tone and content for multiple platforms and audiences
- You have managed a community on social media and have been responsible for replying to customers online
- You have used a CMS to amend or create website content
- You have great time management skills
- You love working on integrated campaigns
- You have impeccable attention to detail, including spelling and grammar
- You want to build on your social media and content marketing skills and learn about new parts of hospitality
- You are used to working to a budget and reporting on agreed KPIs
