**Interim Environmental Health/Food Safety Officer x 2**

**Reference no: Ealing 7293-1**

**Pay rate: £29.00 per hour PAYE**

**Hours per week: 35 Monday - Friday, normal working hours**

**This opening assignment is for 3 months**

**City: EALING, London**

**Qualifications**:

- Professional qualification to undertake food and health & safety interventions e.g. Diploma/BSc/MSc in Environmental Health, NEBOSH and registered with the CIEH.
- Qualified Environmental Health Officer eligible for registration with the Environmental Health Officers Registration Board (EHORB).

**Experience & Knowledge**:

- Recent Local Government experience inspecting food businesses.
- Strong working knowledge of FHRS Brand Standard.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Accurate, clear and concise report writing in line with FHRS brand standard.
- Ability to investigate a wide variety of food safety and health and safety matters.
- An excellent level of attention to detail.
- A solution focussed approach.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and workload management skills.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
