**1.** **Social Media Marketing**
Combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
**Duties**:
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Reports progress to senior marketing management
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
**2.** **Website Content - Albion Detection Systems**
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and administration of Albion Detection Systems website. Ensure all necessary content is included on the website and is laid out in a way that suits the user. You'll also keep everything up to date and accurate. The content you'll manage can include web pages, images, videos, blog posts, guest articles, reviews and the on-line shop.
**Duties**:
- updating existing web pages, and creating new ones based on current events or industry trends
- Managing, organizing, scheduling, and updating the web content, including text, images, videos, and other web assets
- Work with our website developers SEO Co-Pilot
- make sure that all the items in the on-line shop are up-to-date, have the correct prices, drop ship supplier assigned, description of goods etc
- create a strategy and be responsible for collating customer reviews on both the website and google.
**3.** **Parts Management**
Responsible for organising and managing the parts catalogue within the Simpro system and ensuring this is aligned with the website where applicable. Liaising with suppliers to receive the best pricing and discounts available.
**Duties**:
- Data cleanse the catalogue to remove any duplicate parts and re-organise the parts within simpro system using categories.
- Ensure pricing and discounts, descriptions and supplier information is accurate and is kept up-to-date with supplier price increases.
- Negotiate with suppliers to receive the best possible price and discount
- Where applicable, source relevant product datasheets and organise and store these within the simpro system
4. **New products roll-out** (Environmental Monitoring)
Assist in the roll out of new products in-line with the business’ goals. Including marketing plan, pricing, parts set-up, suppliers etc
**5.** **Sales & Marketing**
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Source new business tender opportunities and be responsible for co-ordinating the bid submittal.
- Pro-actively identify market opportunities.
- Liaise with bid writers to submit comprehensive tender documents, collating all business policies and information required to do so.
**6.** **Providing Holiday Cover for other office staff - Admin**
- Utilise the existing hearing loop customer database to identify potential customers for Albion Detection Systems to cross sell products.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
