**About the role**

This role will be based at our office at BCA Corby.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and report daily internal & customer quality key performance indicators.
- Creation of daily management reports and performance dashboards
- Develop standardised reporting methods.
- Promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to monitor and maximise vehicle quality and concern resolution.
- Support improvements in data quality.
- Conduct data analysis and provide accurate reporting to assist Quality Engineers in resolving concerns.
- Propose and formulate improvement activities based on factual data to reduce concerns and improve overall quality.
- Assist in reporting product and process audits on-site.

**Who you are.**
- Proficient in data analysis techniques.
- Demonstrable experience with Power BI and dashboard creation is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Quality processes and principles
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Excellent grasp of the Product Quality Standard.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
- Experience or demonstrable expertise in a similar Quality Support Role within another industry.
- Strong people skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
