**APPRENTICE PATIENT ADVISOR (Reception)**

The reception team is the first contact point for patients and visitors to our practice. To be successful in this role, you should present a professional, friendly, and polite manner. As part of the dental reception team the Trainee Patient Advisor role is to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the practice, to adhere to protocols at all times in line with the company strategy, goals and values.

- you will be enrolled onto the Customer Service Practitioner (L2) at CRC
- Full time, with hours per week allocated to training and completing your apprenticeship programme

**Requirements for the role**:

- **Must have GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English to be enrolled onto the apprentice.**:

- To be able to work independently
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Team player
- Organised
- Enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills
- Be computer literate with good IT skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.25 per week

**Salary**: From £5.28 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
