Plumber (Commercial)

Experienced plumber required for varied plumbing work in Commercial properties

Job Requirements:

- Experience in installations and repairs in commercial properties
- Plumbing qualification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Hold a full driving licence
- CSCS card preferred

Experience in reading and understanding installation drawings

The work will be primarily be plumbing with some gas and heating work.
Salary dependant on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Plumbing: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- City & Guilds (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
