Our Haulfryn family has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Apprentice who would like to grow and develop in the field of Finance. As a Finance Apprentice, you will study a Level 3 Accounts apprenticeship in addition to your regular work, which will be supported by a professional development plan.

**APPRENTICESHIP SUMMARY**

**Annual Salary**: Up to £20,000

**Working Week**: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

**Total Hours**: 35

**Apprenticeship Duration**: 18 Months

You will support the purchase ledger activity for the Group by assisting in processing of invoices ensuring the highest service levels are obtained for the business operation.

**What Will You Do**
- Matching of invoices to purchase orders and processing in Business Central Accurately.
- Ensure all purchase ledger accounts are processed in an accurate and timely manner within Company procedures to ensure payments can be made on a time.
- Create and update supplier accounts.
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Liaise with Suppliers and internal staff to resolve invoice queries.
- Ensures that all activities conform with the Company’s procedures and to legislative requirements and that the highest standards are always maintained.
- Develops and maintains a knowledge of the Groups activity.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
