Gateway Facilities Management is the complete solution for communal cleaning, gardening and facilities management services across the UK.

We’re a proud member of the Gateway Group Family of Companies: a substantial property services company providing integrated solutions to 50,000 customers from our network of offices in Southend, Eastwood, Mayfair and Leeds.

You would be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the communal areas of residential properties in the South East area, which means a full, clean driving license is essential.

Your gardening responsibilities would include grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, weed spraying, pruning and general tidying. Your communal cleaning duties would include hoovering, dusting, polishing, washing down surfaces and sweeping.
