**Client Services Associate**

This role will work closely with our existing Client Services Team across the business and will be based at our Cheltenham office. You will initially be learning the processes and procedures of how we manage our clients’ day-to-day administrative needs and support our Wealth Managers. We will support you in developing your knowledge and where appropriate, qualifications relevant to your role within the business.

We would ideally expect you to have some relevant experience in financial services administration or a similar industry sector of at least 2 years, and demonstrate key responsibilities around looking after the physical branch and data protection. Basic understanding of terminology and how the financial services industry supports clients will be essential and training will be provided where needed.

**General responsibilities**:

- Your role will encompass a variety of duties, day to day, and these will develop as you progress through your training to become a William Highbourne Client Services Associate. Your focus will be supporting the Wealth Managers, learning to use the administrative system and processes, and gaining knowledge of other operational aspects of the business.
- You will need to make sure all client contact is carried out in a professional and courteous way, responding to requests, and following up with clients where necessary. The role is often the first point of communication by clients, and so this is critical.
- We will expect you to keep up to date with relevant regulatory, product, legislative and technical requirements and make sure you always follow the firm’s compliance processes and company procedures. We expect you to obtain and maintain the level of competence as required by the firm, including making sure relevant CPD is maintained and recorded accurately.

**Required skills**:

- You will need to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to take on and understand the environment we operate within. We ask you always have a positive culture attitude and can show evidence of working well in a team environment.
- Good general IT skills, including Word, Outlook & Teams is essential and any experience of using a CRM (Customer Relationship System) is desirable.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
