Trainee Croupier

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic trainees to join our team at our prestigious casino in Cardiff. As a Croupier, you will be responsible for managing various casino games and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

We will pay you whilst we train you to deal popular casino table games to a very high standard.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate table games such as blackjack, poker, and roulette
- Manage bets and payouts accurately
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Supervise gaming tables to maintain fair play
- Handle chips and cards efficiently
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:

- You must be over 18 years of age to apply, have the right to work in the UK and be able to pass a DBS check.
- Previous experience as a Croupier is not essential.
- You should be a good team player.
- Proficiency in basic maths for calculating bets and payouts.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a welcoming environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: £23,585.00-£30,000.00 per year
