**What is the role?**

We are seeking an **International** **Ecommerce Trading Executive** to join our growing team. This position would be suited to a hard working person who has high attention to detail, great organisational skills and who is looking to expand their eCommerce experience in a creative and collaborative environment.

**What will your key responsibilities be?**

An integral member of our Ecommerce trading team, you will support with the day-to-day trading of our international websites, working closely with Marketing, CRM and creative teams. You will use our platform Salesforce Commerce Cloud and tools such as Google Analytics and Content Square to support and inform the trading of our website in a fast paced, innovative environment.

**International Website Trading**
- Work closely with the Head of International Online Growth to develop the trading plan for international sites focusing on promotional activity, pricing, availability and conversion
- Collaboratively work with marketing and CRM teams to manage process and execution of website content updates, ensuring all touchpoints are aligned with key campaign, promotions and seasonal trading activities
- Brief in content requirements to the creative team, utilising sales and conversion data to inform product pushes across the site
- Work together with our partner Global-e to identify opportunities to drive sales and improve conversion for international markets including pricing and delivery threshold testing

**Online merchandising**
- Responsible for implementing visual merchandising, site algorithms and monitoring search functionality
- Monitoring performance of onsite content vs benchmark data and making necessary changes to maximise revenue and profit
- Ensure products are assigned to the relevant category pages and site filters / refinements are correct
- Undertake regular site walks, following the journey as a customer and reporting any areas for improvement
- Set up promotional campaigns in line with the trading calendar

**Reporting and analysis**
- Weekly trade reporting including country, category performance, content and recommendations analysis
- Monitor onsite customer behaviour and propose actions to improve conversion and reduce bounce rates
- Support with reporting and analysis of sales performance and driving conversion, using data from Google Analytics and Contentsquare (our UX analytics tool) to inform international trading actions
- Keep up to date with our competitor online activity and support in idea generation for new features / testing

**What skills are we looking for?**
- Experience working in an online eCommerce business, ideally Fashion
- Experience using an ecommerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred)
- Basic HTML coding beneficial
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent written English
- Competent use of Excel
