Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Protocol Education

Location: Various schools within Watford/Hertfordshire

Protocol Education, a leading education recruitment agency, is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in various schools within Watford/Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and materials, maintaining continuity in the absence of the teacher.
- Manage behavior effectively, promoting a positive and respectful classroom culture.
- Support and engage with students, providing assistance with learning activities when required.
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous.
- Ability to confidently manage classroom behavior and dynamics.
- A commitment to promoting a positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
