Parts Advisor

**Job summary**:

- **Location**:Marsh Lane, Portbury, Bristol, BS20 7XL
- **Salary**: £25,000 per annum (plus additional company incentives & benefits)
- **Hours**:Full Time 40.25 Hours per week MON - SUN (06.00 - 18.00 on 554 shift pattern)

** 554 Shift Pattern: Working on a 5 on, 5 off, 4 on, 5 off, 5 on, 4 off etc basis (15 days per month). This pattern will allow two weekends off a month. Working days are 12 hours, 06:00 - 18:00, which includes x2 tea breaks andx1 lunch break**

We're looking for an exceptional **Parts Advisor**(Parts Specialists) to join our fast-growing team at Cazoo, helping to transform the way people buy used cars and making buying a car no different to buying any other product online today.

The Parts Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that all cars processed by the Preparation Centre have parts that have been sourced in an efficient, cost effective manner, and that they are suitable for the job and administered correctly.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Liaising closely with the other internal teams and sites regarding vehicles requiring work agreed to ensure parts are available.
- Ensuring all costs are recharged by generating timely invoices and documentation both internally and externally.
- Reviewing all estimates from the inspection, sending for approval where necessary.
- Preparing body shop job cards accurately and in a timely manner.
- Preparing workshop job cards accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ordering, maintaining and controlling the impressed stock levels to ensure all vehicles are dealt with efficiently.
- Following the company ordering process for parts ensuring costs are within company agreements.
- Achieving set targets both overall business targets and individual targets set by your line manager.
- Attending as and when directed any one to one review meetings with your managers.
- Ensuring work station areas are clean and tidy at all times.

- Strong planning, organisation and administration skills.
- Significant exposure working in a similar position.

- Ability to work fast and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
