**Probate Administrator**
A new opportunity has arisen for a probate administrator to join Valued Estates Ltd an independent legal services company based in Hertfordshire due to ongoing expansion.
Job Role: To manage estate administration caseloads and assist other team members with general administration to meet client’s needs.
**Main Duties**
- Answering phone enquiries
- Administering individual caseloads in accordance with company policy and procedures and the legal probate administration process
- Regular client liaison.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- You will be a natural organiser
- Methodical and have a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal & written skills are essential
- Any experience in legal services would be advantageous, however training is provided.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated as well as the ability to work alongside the team.
- Be respectful and understanding of the client’s needs and have a natural empathy to their situation.
