**Job summary**:

- The Facilities Controller will act as DECA’s initial point of contact for all facilities related issues in line with MOD’s Future Defence Infrastructure Services (Hard Services) and HESTIA (Soft Services) contracts, which is managed by DIO (Defence Infrastructure Organisation).**Job description**:

- Providing a communication link between DECA (lodger), DIO (landlord) and both the hard and soft services providers (HESTIA
Soft services, FDIS - Hard services).
- Raising and managing business cases for new works, including statement of needs conjunction with MOD’s FDIS (Hard Services)
- and HESTIA (Soft Services) contracts.
- Ensure Control of Contractors policy/procedure managed for all contractors attending site outside of FDIS and HESTIA
