With sites in Oswestry, Wrexham and the Netherlands, our greatest strength is their team - energetic, innovative people of all experience levels and talents. This is an Immediate opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team.

The role is heavily based around excel spreadsheets for analysis and importing data into their bespoke system, therefore will require someone with advanced excel skills.

**Duties of an Accounts Assistant**:

- Match supplier invoices to delivery notes and internal documents
- Dealing with queries both internally and externally
- Nominal coding and posting purchase invoices.
- Ensure purchase invoices are paid according to terms where appropriate.
- Collate and prepare data for preparation of sales invoices, using spreadsheets and information provide by Account Managers
- Enter sales invoice details into SAGE.
- Produce statements and invoice reminders.
- Allocation of payments

**Requirements of an Accounts Assistant**:

- Knowledge of SAGE 50
- Minimum 3 years in a finance role essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced excel experience.
- Experience in Payroll is desirable.
- VAT Returns is desirable.
- Bank Reconciliation desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
