Complete appropriate reports and paperwork in line with departmental policies. Provide information, advice, occupationally based interventions and treatment programs either one-to-one or in a group context to patients with physical, cognitive and communication impairments and at times challenging social situations. Assist with day to day departmental activities to ensure the effective running of the neuro-rehabilitation therapy service. Work jointly with the therapy and nursing team including speech and language therapists & psychology in providing a high quality service.

To ensure that competence is maintained and evidenced where necessary, in all aspects of their clinical expertise, and to engage with the idea of life long learning. To actively engage in supervision and PDP programmes identifying ongoing learning needs. Participate in the 7 day rota and potential cross site working if required.
