**Learning Mentor Needed**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one and small group mentoring sessions.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Work closely with teachers to identify students in need of additional support.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the development of social and emotional skills.

**What we require**:

- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in education, psychology, counselling, or a related field.
- Experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to motivate and engage students.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Teach195. Have over 75 years combined experience within the Education Recruitment industry. We match skilled educators to roles within local schools. We work with a variety of stakeholders across all education sectors, from recruiting a Nursery Nurse to support in a pre-school setting, through to a Science Teacher to deliver A-level Physics, and everything in between

Pay: £75.00-£100.00 per day
