**Salary: Up to £25000 per annum**

**Commutable from Diss, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds (own transportation required)**

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Hatchery Operative to join their dynamic team in Suffolk area.

**Your Role**:

- Support daily operations in the hatchery, focusing on the welfare and handling of eggs and chicks to meet high welfare standards.
- Engage in various tasks such as chick care, egg handling during hatching, and maintaining cleanliness and security in the hatchery.
- Uphold strict health, welfare, and bio-security standards.
- Contribute to team efforts, ensuring the smooth running of the hatchery.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Own Transport required due to the location of the hatchery and working hours.
- Teamwork and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive, hardworking attitude, willing to take on various tasks.

No previous experience required - comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
