**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Matrimonial Department as the Head. In this role, you will oversee a team of talented lawyers and support staff, guiding them in delivering top-notch legal counsel and representation in all aspects of matrimonial law.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Matrimonial Department, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Manage a diverse caseload encompassing divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, prenuptial agreements, and more.
- Act as a mentor and coach to departmental staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence through effective communication and advocacy.
- Stay abreast of developments in matrimonial law and industry trends, integrating new insights into departmental strategies and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in matrimonial law, including a proven track record of handling complex cases.
