We are looking for an experienced Tech Support who wil be responsible for all 1st and 2nd Line support acrooss the group of companies.

The role will be office based across three sites located in Padiham and Blackburn.

The role will involve both face to face and remote support to end users within the business through the internal service desk.
- A proven track record in IT support roles
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams throughout the group
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- Be a strong team player
- Able to work under their own initiative and self-motivate
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to clearly communicate timelines
- Experience of handling and resolving end to end user enquiries aiming for first time fixes
- A full driving license

The key responsibilities include:

- Microsoft Windows 10 / Microsoft Windows 11 deployment and troubleshooting
- Office 365 (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Admin)
- Networking - Routers / Firewalls / Switches / VPN
- Endpoint protection and configuration
- Microsoft Azure / SharePoint
- VOIP and Telephony Solutions
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- PC / Laptop / Mobile configuration and deployment
- Cyber Security (phishing campaigns, device pathing, security monitoring)
