We are currently recruiting for a majorly influential Residential Childcare provider in your local area, the company are children centred in their approach to the care that they provide and are recognised as being market leading with the way that they support both the young people in the services and the staffing team.

They will offer progression, full training, consistent and reliable support as well as your Level 3 Qualification and a safe and healthy working environment.

They pride themselves on promoting a solution focused process to support the development and recognition of resilience to their trauma, an improved awareness of self, emotional literacy and an understanding of the repercussions to dangerous acts to themselves and others and actively promote safety.

This company is recognised by Suffolk County Council for it's Outstanding training program and resources used as part of their thorough induction process.

Alongside the general daily tasks and requirements, they will require their staff to assist in creating and planning activities for the Children both inside the home and within the local community.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Children's Residential Care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (preferred)
