Head of Recruitment - London 5 days on-site - Hospitality/ Iconic Restaurant Group

This role is perfect for someon who loves the buzz of a 5 day week across various restaurant sites in London (travel expenses paid for)

In this role you'll be fully emersed into the management of a sizeable recruitment team, the strategy and day to day running of the TA function. You'll get stuck into lots of exciting change and projects as the TA lead as well as managing/ overseeing therecruitment for new site openings and leading events such as PR marketing days etc.
- Head of Recruitment - £80-90k + bonus 15% and benefits
- This role would be managing a a large team of recruiters
- 5 days a week on-site, whether that's HQ in West London or across the restaurant sites in London (no remote working offered)
- Travel to HQ not covered but travel to sites can be expensed
- Very much involved in the strategy and day to day running of the TA function. Lots of exciting change and projects to get stuck into as the TA lead. New site openings, PR marketing days etc.

**Purpose of the Role**

The Head of Recruitment is accountable for leading the recruitment team and the business at large in all of its recruiting functions, inclusive of team leadership, sourcing strategy development and execution, program design and implementation, and recruitinggoal development and achievement.

To work in partnership with People Team and Operations to grow talent pipelines across the business.

The Head of Recruitment is responsible for guiding the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy of the company and overseeing the execution of all recruitment activities.

Having commercial and analytical know-how is required, as is having strong communication and leadership skills. You must be strategic, influential and confident in building relationships with employees at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analysis and on-going reports, tracking results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the current recruiting strategies
- Identifying trends and adjusting the recruiting strategies in order to optimise the impact of the recruiting team.
- Conducting research and experiments, taking risks that drive creative and innovative solutions.
- Providing direction and consultation to the business on emerging trends and best practices that impact and influence acquisition and attraction within key talent segments.
- Conducting research and translating trends into creative and innovative practices, maintaining a strong understanding of how the innovative trends and competitive landscape affect the business, and identifying the most suitable recruiting approaches thatsupport high performance hiring
- Leading the recruitment department with a focus on driving accountability, shaping strategies, supporting department-wide growth and development, and team alignments.
- Amplifying the business's culture and promoting the departmental culture amongst the recruiting team.
- Being collaborative and working closely with the senior recruiting management and human resources in approving and establishing the department's strategies/tactics and procedures.
- Working with the marketing department in effectively establishing communication strategies that attract diverse talent to the business.
- Working with other HR departmental heads, regularly providing insights programs that are impacting the business inclusive of training, internal movement, career-path creation, and so forth.

**General**
- Overseeing recruiting processes, applicant tracking systems, and reporting,
- Implementing and using suitable recruiting metrics that inform best practice and ultimately lead to the successful integration of new hires.
- Creating culture and systems that maximise acquisition and retention of talent for the business.
- Identifying the company's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Developing, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled recruitment team to actively promote talent development
- Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines
- Communicating with external sources, i.e. peer organisations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business
- Anticipating the organisations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success
- Developing and retaining a diverse talent acquisition team
