**Job description**

Magic Dragon Brewing is a micro-brewery based just outside Wrexham at The Plassey Holiday Park. We are a small team producing high quality cask ale, craft beer and lager. We are looking for a brewery assistant to work alongside the brewer. You must be physical fit, enthusiastic and motivated. Immediate start
- **Physical requirements**: Our employees must be able to bend over, twist, kneel, stand for the duration of a shift and lift 25kg and manoeuvre 60kg. Requires proper handling of hazardous materials and operation of complex machinery.

**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Cask cleaning and filling
- Cleaning and sterilising vessels, casks, kegs, and production area
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Assisting with brewing
- General cleaning
- Stock keeping and rotation
- Overspill deliveries

**Required experience and abilities;**
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Hard working and self-motivated

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
