Macildowie are pleased to working alongside a fantastic business in **Long Eaton** to recruit additions to their **Customer Service** team as **Claim Handler**.

This is a full-time, temp to permanent opportunity (3 months temporary).
The shift patterns for this role are 07:00 - 14:30 (office based) then 13:30 - 21:00 (from home/remote).

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Ensure all claims are logged and resolved within the business target time.
- Provide accurate and appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure full resolution.
- Maintain all records of customer interactions, process accounts and file all required documentation.
