Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Caterer to join our team. As a Caterer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional catering services for various events and functions. Your expertise in hospitality, food safety, culinary arts, bartending, and catering will contribute to the success of our catering operations.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and present a wide variety of food items for catering events
- Coordinate with clients to determine their specific catering needs and preferences
- Plan menus and create customized dishes based on client requirements
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work areas
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during events

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of hospitality practices and customer service principles
- Proficient in food safety regulations and procedures
- Culinary skills including food preparation
- Experience in catering operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Caterer or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings and holidays as required

This role is 40 hours per week starting at either 3am or 4am and finishing at 11am or midday.

Pay: £12.00 per hour
