**About the Role**

Responsible for a diverse set of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and appointments, dealing with all levels of management, liaising with tenants on a regular basis, preparing and sending letters, talking calls, co-ordinating with the delivery team on progress and disputes.

The role will involve regular travel to other sites around the Aberdeen area and therefore a driver’s license is essential.

**About You**

Ability to perform the role with decisiveness and accuracy and can organise, prioritise, and coordinate administration and office procedures. You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to use your own initiative and problem-solving skills.

You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills both written and verbal and a polite manner when dealing with dispute resolution.
