**About us**:
TRS Training was established in 2011 and specialises in the delivery of training to the Logistics sector. We are training partners to the United Kingdom Warehousing Association, Road Haulage Association, The British Association of Removals and The Builders Merchants Federation.

We are looking for experienced FLT instructor with a proactive approach and passion for training to join our team.

You will be delivering Forklift Truck training for new recruits, apprentices, and existing employees. As an FLT instructor you will be training students to RTITB test standard, carrying out practical assessments and delivering course training materials with a high degree of detail.

**We are looking for individuals with**:

- A minimum of 6 month’s experience operating a counterbalance and/or reach truck, with an RTITB accredited training certificate.
- A desire to help others learn.
- Self-motivation to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.

**Essential skills**:

- Strong communication skills and a patient approach.
- Previous experience in RTITB FLT training.
- Excellent level of accuracy and good standards of literacy when writing reports.
- Ability to talk to a wide range of people in a confident manner.
- Good time keeping and professional appearance.
- A good standard of computer literacy

**Qualifications/ Knowledge Required**
- A minimum of 6 month’s experience operating a counterbalance and/or reach truck, with an RTITB accredited training certificate.
- RTITB licence acquisition qualification
- Excellent communication skills to deliver accurate information.
- Instructor qualifications beneficial
