At Saint Gobain PAM we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as People Administrator based in Ilkeston

Saint Gobain PAM is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brand’s and is the premier supplier of ductile iron products and solutions to the UK's key utilities, telecoms, highways, civil engineering and construction industries.

This role is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 08:30-16:30 with 1 hour for lunch. After an initial training period the position offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Your main objective will be administration of important people data and information so you must have an eye for detail and be professional and confidential. And the clue is in the title - being great with people is a must.

**What will I be doing**:
In the role of Ilkeston People Administrator, you could be getting involved in anything people related but you will also be:

- Conducting all people related administration from new starter to leaver processes, absence monitoring, management of people records, monitoring of T&A for payroll purposes and much more.
- Owning the people dashboard data including headcount, absence, diversity etc.
- Coordinating recruitment activities
- Coordinating occupational health screening to ensure compliance.
- As well as everything in between, from general admin to exciting improvement projects and engagement initiatives and opportunities to get involved in ER meetings.
- Switchboard and general site admin

We need someone great on a computer, and experience in an administrative role would be an advantage (in a people team would be even better). But more importantly, you must be able to show you care, have the drive to make it happen and be comfortable reflecting on how you can be your best and helping others to be theirs.
