Synergy Carers are delighted to support a newly established community care provider in recruiting their need of a part-time **Support Worker** to provide care in and around the St. Austell area. The hours are 08:00 - 20:00.

The client in question is an innovative one and has many fresh ideas on how to deliver the best care to those they support, getting involved with them at this early stage will only leave you in good stead for the future with potential future roles and development.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in their own homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
- Document and report any changes in behaviour or health status to the appropriate supervisor
- **Experience**:_
- Previous experience working in care or a related field
- Knowledge of person-centered care and support techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with individuals and their families
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
