Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for an Environmental Co-Ordinator to work with a world leader in raw materials and manufacturing.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the EHS manager across a wide range of projects cover the whole site.

**Responsibility's**:

- Co-ordinate the environmental monitoring for the site Permit such that the site is legally compliant.
- Produce and submit site environmental and sustainability data for the sites monthly divisional reports.
- Co-ordinate data from departments across the site, external bodies and monitoring companies to ensure timely reporting of legally required environmental data.
- Coordinate 'Best Available Techniques' gap analysis improvement programme in support of Environmental Permit compliance.
- Collect, collate and review environmental data in support of Environmental Permit Variations.
- Collate key Environmental Performance data in support of Regulatory and Environmental Management system compliance and report at EHS management meetings as well as reporting support to EHS management for higher level reviews i.e. EHS steering committeemeetings and Annual review meetings as required.
- Assist the EHS manager in support of site COMAH Compliance with participation in environmental assessment reviews and monitoring of action plans.
- Working closely with Logistics and other departments, to ensure regulatory control of hazardous materials, COMAH compliance and effective waste management.

**Key Skills**:

- NEBOSH or IEMA environmental certificate
- High level of numeracy, working with systems and data, SPC control, statistical understanding would be advantageous.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Trained auditor (ISO 14001 or ISO 9001)
- Upper Tier COMAH site exposure
