Health Coach Support Worker

- Provide health coaching and guidance to individuals or groups
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and exercise
- Develop personalized health plans based on individual needs and goals
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and motivation
- Conduct assessments to identify health risks and develop strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure client needs are met
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of public health principles in coaching sessions
- Deliver presentations and workshops on various health topics to promote wellness
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

**Requirements**:

- Certified Health Coach or relevant degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, public health)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of health conditions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to educate and motivate individuals to make positive lifestyle changes
- Experience in public speaking or conducting group sessions preferred
- Empathy, compassion, and the ability to establish rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using technology for recordkeeping and communication

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
