**Department Purpose**:
To develop and execute overall creative strategy aligned with company objectives to deliver a category-leading brand.

**Role Purpose**:
Lead Absolute Collagen’s creative vision.

As the Head of Creative, you will work with the brand and marketing department to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of our customers. You should be extremely creative, organised and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Vision & Leadership**:

- Develop and implement a long-term creative vision for the brand, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand strategy.
- Lead the creative team in brainstorming and developing innovative, impactful creative concepts.
- Develop creative ideas in terms of brand look and feel for BAU creative campaigns (copy ideas and visually how this shows up).
- Collaborate with the Brand Communications Director to define creative direction for campaigns and projects.
- Deliver creative direction and inspire execution in line with a clear vision to deliver measurable uplift in brand metrics
- **Creative Excellence & Management**:

- Maintain the brands creative identity and ensure consistency across all channels; mainly across, but not limited to digital (web, social, advertising, CRM)
- Manage the input & output of the senior creative, graphic designer, and videographer, providing regular feedback and mentorship.
- Oversee (indirect management) two additional graphic designers in the digital team providing guidance, **support **and feedback on their work.
- Provide leadership and coordination for brand campaigns (within and outside the brand function** including 3rd parties & agencies**)
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring creative environment at Absolute Collagen and between the digital and brand creative & **production **teams.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ideate and implement creative solutions to achieve business goals
- Create laser vision on how Absolute Collagen should respond to a highly competitive environment
- Understand digital best practice (Meta/Google/TikTok) and how Absolute Collagen can story tell effectively through all channels.
- **Project Management & Streamlining**:

- Streamline the current creative process, optimising workflow and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Provide agile support to marketing teams and agencies in order to facilitate growth plans in new and existing customer plans
- **Client Management**:

- Collaborate with external clients on creative projects, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Manage client expectations and effectively communicate project progress and timelines.
- Over communicate to ensure all stakeholders understand any potential delays to projects so a plan B solution can be created
- **Team Development & Performance**:

- Set clear performance goals for the creative team and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify and implement training and development opportunities for the creative team, fostering their professional growth.
- Manage a small team development budget to support these initiatives.
- Instil confidence in production and creative teams to expand creative output to best in class standards in line with creative brand guidelines personalised to channel needs.
