**The Opportunity**
As a Redeployment Advisor, you will manage the redeployment processes for those, whose future employment is at risk, supporting us to retain and empower our skilled and talented employees. You will work closely with the Resourcing Manager, HR Business Partners, Resourcing team and WSCC Services, to provide expert solutions to ensure the effective redeployment of our people. Daily, you will need to use your persuasive skills to encourage specific courses of action, whilst making certain that all WSCC our policies and practices are adhered too.
- You will be the main contact for redeployment employees, supporting, guiding them and updating them throughout.
- You will work with the wider organisation to understand staff re-assignment, workforce planning and demand to ensure you can pre-plan adequate solutions for redeployees.
- You will build strong relationships with our HR Colleagues to build an understanding of organisational changes which may result in redeployment opportunities
- From beginning to end of the process you will track and update key stakeholders on any relevant data, to ensure a smooth transition and excellent experience.
- Developing and improving resources for redeployees and other key stakeholders, and developing training and delivering information / presentations to relevant parties to improve the customer experience.
- On occasion you will also support the wider resourcing team with relevant recruitment projects and work alongside them to improve our performance and ways of working.

**About You**
- You will have a proven track record within an in-house recruitment service and ideally possess experience working with and supporting redeployment.
- You will possess great resilience; this is paramount to getting the best outcome for your customers.
- You will have successful experience of working with multiple stakeholders at pace to deliver desired outcomes meeting deadlines. This will include educating the hiring managers, and managing sensitive, complex, and sometimes challenging situations.
- You will have experience of developing supporting workforce planning in conjunction with other HR colleagues.
- You will be able to improve the customer journey throughout the redeployment process using procedure as well as technological interventions.
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal credibly with our customers, senior managers and executives whilst being challenging, professional and commercially focused.
