We are looking for a Cleaner to join our dedicated team to support the cleaning of all ResQ offices and maintain them to a high standard in a busy environment. This includes offices, toilets and communal areas such as stairs, corridors and landings, ensuring all areas and domestic facilities are clean and ready for use on a daily basis.

Reporting directly to the Facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for cleaning designated areas, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are delivered at all times. Facilities operate seven days a week all year round.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Time Management - Managing one's own time.
- Good communication skills to engage with all members of staff, and to actively work as a team.
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to problem solving.
- Able to demonstrate a level of initiative, common sense and with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Key Accountabilities
- Clean, wash, sweep, vacuum, polish and dust designated areas, including toilets and outside areas
- Prioritising work load to ensure all maintenance is carried out by the necessary deadline
- Use powered equipment, where necessary
- Empty litter bins
- Inform manager of supplies that are needed, such as light bulbs and hand towels, cleaning products etc.
- Work additional shifts and hours to cover periods of absence/holidays of team members and business needs.
- Maintain high standards and comply with Company Health & Safety policies
