**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor, including restocking shelves
- Analyse sales trends to suggest strategies for increasing revenue
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using sales software such as Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: From £24,876.00 per year
