**About Turbine**:

There has been a fundamental disconnect between creative and media, Mission and Turbine aim to address this gap by fully integrating research, creative and media to deliver truly effective campaigns for our clients.

The role is primarily to deliver PPC and Media Activation support to the Paid Search Director across all of the Mission Group Agencies and their clients.

**About Mission**:
Role:
The Paid Search Executive executes Search Campaigns and works closely with the Paid Search Director to deliver best in class PPC Campaigns across multiple clients in both the B2C and B2B space. The goal for the role is to execute and manage client’s paid search and shopping campaigns with close supervision, training and mentorship from the Paid Search Director. Someone looking to build a career in paid search would be preferred.

**Knowledge**
- 1 or more year(s) in paid search campaign implementation, analysis and optimization
- Hands-On experience in the google ads platform, knowledge of bidding strategies, conversions, metrics and KPI’s / OKR’s
- Maintain understanding of new and evolving product offerings and best practices
- Some experience of communicating campaign success to clients via reporting and presenting
- Understanding of analytics tools (such as Google Analytics)
- Intermediate level understanding of Excel functions (ie. VLook-up, Pivot Table, chart building) and PowerPoint

**Operations, Tactics and Strategy**
- Responsible for day-to-day management, execution and monitoring of Paid Search campaigns
- Collaborate with Search Director and Client Engagement team to understand and execute client search strategy
- Contribute to organising campaigns to ensure they are strategically aligned with business goals
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, insight and expansion, and see through to implementation
- Responsible for the development of keyword lists, ad copy and landing page assignments for campaign success
- Monitor paid search campaigns to ensure proper flighting and budget pacing
- Continuously monitor and report on campaign results
- Consistently keeps team informed on status of projects verbally and/or in writing

**Client Relationship**
- In-person interaction and presentations with assigned brand team members
- Contributes to client facing search deliverables and communications specs, program details and deadlines
- Attends client status calls and financial meetings with client and provides timely follow-up
- Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing

**Education and Experience**
- 1+ year(s) search campaign management experience
- Google AdWords Certification desired
- Knowledge of search campaign management tools a plus
- Knowledge of Shopping Feeds a plus
