**Overview**:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide business support in preparation of board level financial slides to explain current trading vs budget, vs prior year.
- Maintain the group consolidation for reporting purposes.
- Preparation of monthly board slides.
- Provide analysis of key financial results and variances.
- Preparation of audit file for year end (December).
- Project work as defined by Financial Controller.
- Provide support to the Financial Controller, as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- ACCA qualified.
- 2-3 years of multi-currency, multi company consolidations.
- Understanding of standard costs.
- Understanding of accounting manufacture absorption accounting techniques.
- Advanced excel.
- Experience of Microsoft AX would be an advantage.
