As an Industrial Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and business development focus on Technology Area: Industrial Technology Investments. You will implement and manage national and international customer projects, as well as acquirenew customers and develop existing ones.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an Industrial Sales Account Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Passing on the experiences of sales and methodical competences.
- Self-reliance and acceptance of responsibility for the entire CHG Sales Cycle.
- Identification and development of profitable opportunities in the corresponding solution area (Industrial technology investments).
- Independent acquisition and positioning of the solution-specific portfolio with CHG- MERIDIAN target customers/prospects
- Support for coordinating service resources that may be needed.
- Maintaining a strong relationship network with contact persons of our customers for your solution area (influencer and decision maker according to buying center analysis).
- Development and establishment of new partnerships with CHG-MERIDIAN's focus suppliers and subcontractors for its relevant solution area.
- Ensuring the profitability of the solution-specific portfolio with the assigned customers.
- Understanding of the factors influencing customer results and contribution margins.
- Responsibility for coordinating necessary resources and back-office activities within CHG.
- Strong alliance and clear communication with competence centre in UK and Germany

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of an Industrial Sales Account Manager are:

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in the industrial (MHE, robotics, automation) or industrial finance market.
- Experience in the target focus area of MHE, robotics, automation, smart warehouse logistics is considered a plus, but not a must.
- Proven solution sales approach, able to demonstrate individual concepts.
- A clear sales DNA, a good analytical mindset and a strong affinity with industrial technologies.
- Strong commercial skills, negotiating and closing.
- Experience of dealing with/winning business with large (£1m plus) and mid-size account customers (£250-£500k).
- Commercial acumen - Adept in deal construction.
- Understanding of the financing of capital equipment would be considered a bonus.
- Confident in presenting and negotiating at all levels within the sales cycle.
- Strategic thinking with in-depth market knowledge.
- Confident in working with MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
