Adecco Engineering are seeking Senior Management Consultant with experience of Energy & Utilities - Equipment & Asset Management to join our Global Client's organisation.

The role offers flexible hybrid working however you will be required to attend one of our client's office locations in Glasgow, London or Manchester on occasions.

Suitable applicants will have experience working in a consultancy and a strong understanding and experience in asset and material management, ideally within Nuclear Industry. You will understand the industry best practice to support clients in the optimisation of construction and operational asset management programmes.

**An overview of the role**:
As a trusted partner you will shape and drive their transformation journeys, helping our clients improve asset availability and reduce the total cost of their assets. The solutions align the strategic objectives with visible outcomes expected by shareholders

You will help clients design and develop solutions which digitise and optimise processes across the value chain, from engineering design through to successful commissioning and handover to asset operations. Forming part of an experienced and flexible project delivery team, helping clients to realise benefits and transform processes, operations and behaviours which will lead to improved efficiency, improved customer experience and improved business outcomes.

**Key activities include**:
Leadership and strategic direction to the wider Nuclear and Asset Management Team.
Definition of client asset management strategy, delivery roadmap and investment case. You will help develop business cases for the deployment of asset management plans and support clients in making value-based data driven decisions.
Definition of future business and organisation models whilst developing an integrated view of people, technology and information impacts
Define project scope and objectives, facilitate workshops to define and prioritise requirements, agree outcomes and programme risks.

Create and support the development of workstream or project delivery plans
Coach, develop, and performance manage team members as part of project delivery

Experience/Skills

Shaping, managing and delivering projects in Nuclear, Oil and Gas, or other Asset Intensive industries, preferably working for a consulting firm
Developing strategies or business cases for asset optimisations and improvement
Identifying business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions
You will be aware of Asset Management standard and policies e.g. ISO 55000
Experience of one of the leading EAM packages
You will have experience of developing asset management capabilities within an organization and maturing an organisations approach to asset management (For example the introduction of reliability centred maintenance/ GIS / mobility)
