**Complex Healthcare Assistant**

We are looking for experienced **Complex Healthcare Assistants** to support a client in **Deal**.

You will need to have prior **complex care experience **and be available to work a varied shift pattern - these include days, evenings and night shifts. **Please note this is a full-time position**.

Providing full personal care support, to include hoisting, our client will require full care throughout the day. Prone to epileptic seizures, carers will need to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness of their surroundings, and be able to understand the clients’ needs as they are unable to communicate with others.

**About You**:

- Working knowledge of complex care needs is essential for this position.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Able to work mixed shift patterns, to include weekends.
- Dedicated and compassionate to the clients you are caring for
- Able to work in both a team environment and alone.
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to identify, report and monitor changes in the health of the client and any deterioration.

**The Role**:

- Full care needs - to include personal care, hoisting, toileting.
- Meal preparation and feeding is required.
- Client is unable to communicate so understanding their needs is vital.
- Medication assistance.
- Providing full care and support to the client at all times.

Pay: £13.10-£13.50 per hour
