To provide a friendly and positive image to patients and other visitors, both in person and on the telephone.

To carry out a wide range of reception and administrative tasks on a day to day basis.

Assisting and directing patients in accessing the appropriate services.

To ensure effective and efficient reception services are provided, in a professional and courteous manner.

Deal with all general enquiries, receive and make telephone calls, making new and follow up appointments, taking messages.

Participate on a daily basis in task management, dealing with incoming post, scanning of letters and general correspondence.

Maintaining the workflow, dealing with incoming letters, discharge summaries and general tasks.

Processing of prescriptions.

Monitor the flow of patients to and from the consulting rooms.

Registering new patients.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.75 per hour
