**THE COMPANY**
Our client is a creative prestigious venue in London that delivers memorable events for its clients and internal functions. The types of projects they cover are vast and no two days are ever the same Projects will include multi-day conferences, VIP meetings,hybrid & virtual events and graduations
**THE ROLE**
They are now seeking a, Event Technical Manager to maintain existing internal and external relationships and leading across technical delivery of a unique range of events.
Responsibilities will include:

- Operational responsibility for the provision, security, stock control and maintenance of all audio visual equipment and services for Events Operations
- To manage and motivate team members
- To plan for the provision of all AV needs at events
- Meeting clients at enquiry stage, advising them on equipment needed, through to planning the delivery on the day and gathering feedback afterwards.
- To ensure that all required AV equipment has been assessed prior to an event and that it is functioning correctly
- To assist in the development of stock control systems and protocol
- To ensure that all the required resources are ordered, received, available and assigned, as appropriate, for events they are allocated.
- To liaise with suppliers, placing orders and ensuring that best prices are obtained
- To attempt to up-sell services to clients to facilitate greater income
