You will work as part of a small team handling all reservations & guest enquiries whilst on shift. You are the key to organising the stays of our guests and ensuring that we create magical moments that will stay with them forever.

The role would suit a tenacious and energetic individual with an excellent telephone manner who is very organised. Previous experience working within a hotel reception/short term holiday rentals environment would be advantageous together with recent working knowledge of Opera PMS.

The role will report to our Reservations Manager and will be based at our Estate Office at The Lakes By Yoo, GL7. As we are a 7 day a week business, your shift pattern will be variable but will cover 5 days over 7 - primarily working 9am - 5.30pm covering weekends.
