TM Scotland Grangemouth & Falkirk are extremely proud to be working on behalf of a brand new client based in Stirling, FK7 to support with resourcing someone to add to the team working as an Industrial Cleaner / Labourer**.**

Standard hours of work are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm however there is some flexibility required as and when based on customer demands.

Our client’s services range from sparkle and deep cleaning works, social work cleans, waste and recycling services, industrial cleaning, manual labour, through to specialist services including crime scene cleaning, "life of grime" works and property maintenance. No two days are the same

This role would be great for someone with labouring experience due to the job requiring voiding houses and completely emptying houses.

**What we are looking for to be considered for as a Cleaning Technician / Industrial Cleaner**:

- Passionate about deep cleaning and delivering the highest standards of customer services.
- Experience within a similar hands on role (Not essential but extremely beneficial)
- Full UK Driving license + Own vehicle to get to our clients site for an early start
- Care and attention to detail
- Reliable, honest and trustworthy personnel
- A good level of fitness due to the role requires lifting and moving items safely and able to work at height
- A team player and someone who thrives in a fast paced environment

**What the role looks like - Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Visit customers' sites at agreed intervals to conduct a sparkle clean, deep clean or a VOID clean. Void cleans would be given a time frame from management due to these jobs being larger projects.
- Industrial cleaning, commercial kitchen works, deep floor cleans, carpet, upholstery and floor cleaning using Buffers, Scrubbers and Dryers
- Commercial cleaning within NHS facilities, prisons and educational locations.
- Loading and unloading of vans including any cleaning equipment / required equipment for the day.
