**About you**:
It is essential that you are qualified to GCSE level, that you have strong IT skills and prior experience working in a busy customer focused environment. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build good working relationships with others and remain calm under pressure. Prior experience of working in a school environment with young people aged 11-18 would be desirable.
