The job role of a demolition operative involves the following duties:
Stripping out fixtures and fittings Removing doors and windows Stripping and dismantling roof structures Cutting steel framework Following the required training being undertaken, you may use demolition breakers, oxy/fuel cutting equipment and various items.

Working outdoors with a team operating at various other CCDO levels.
- Cat B Non Licence Asbestos Removal Cert required
- Full uk Licence Required

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Demolition: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cat B Non Licence Asbestos qualification (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
